And wow did the sun shine over the weekend! Loved it to pieces. I hope everyone had wonderful ones. For a breakky date in the extra special winter sun I wore my brand new (to me) vintage boots. I got them last week and they have not left my feet since. If the previous owner knew how much joy their beloved pair of Italian leather riding boots would bring me I think they would have reconsidered throwing them away, such is the beauty of vintage and I am definitely a happy camper! I am also wearing a jacket I designed and had made (I got the exact same style sans arms made for the store, check it out here),

my trusty denim cutoffs which I have had for yeeeeaars, white tee I picked up in Japan a couple of years ago, vintage bag, Marc Jacobs necklace and YSL ring. Happy Monday lovers x

A very good Friday

 

Generally every Easter is full of chocolate and rain, this one and I know it is only Friday has been superb, plenty of the first and absolutely none of the second. We have spent the day adventuring on our bikes, eating fish & chips and enjoying the last of the delightfully sunny days. Perfect attire for the day was Frankie Sunshine Vintage spotted dress, cut off Levi 501's, Zomp boots, Ksubi sunglasses, YSL ring and bag bought OS. Weeks end

Happy happy weekend lovers! I hope everyone is as excited as me, not that weekends mean relaxing for me these days however I love them all the same. I think that no matter how busy you are you seem to get just a fraction more sleep, fresh air and fun times just because the day starts with the letter S. Here I am wearing the best Vintage leather shorts available here, Vintage candy striper button up, boots I had made, bag bought in Vietnam, YSL ring & Rayban sunglasses. Perfectly comfortable attire for a breakky date with loved ones x

Running around the wonderful city of Melbourne on the weekend in the best Frankie Sunshine Vintage blouse ever available here and these Hotel shorts by Finders Keepers that were too cute not to steal a pair from the shop for myself, I think it's something about the frills that fills me with thrills :) ballet shoes from a dance store, Chloe bag, vintage belt, Ksubi sunnies & YSL ring.

bicycle love

For Christmas we got bikes and I think this would have to be my favourite Chrissy gift of all time. Yes I was given bikes when I was little, I remember a cute pink & purple one with training wheels and streamers flowing from the handle bars and a brilliant red mountain bike when I was a bit bigger, but growing up we lived in hilly terrain and riding was always very very good exercise. So this years bike has come at a time when I live in a pretty flat area and it is so so so much fun to get on and head off on an adventure. 2011 has turned out to be the 'year to ride' and I just love it.

On the way home from a 60th wedding anniversary party on the weekend (true love lasts hooray!)
